"Living in America" English Conversation Group                  GROUP FLYER



Want to practice your English? This group is designed for adults who want to improve speaking, listening, and reading skills in a fun and casual way. All levels, from intermediate to advanced, are welcome!  Each meeting will focus on a different cultural topic. Join us to have a casual conversation in English, share stories, and meet new people.  A group for men and women new to America or who have lived here for many years to share what is real, especially the hidden thoughts and challenges. This group will give foreign-born individuals or immigrants the opportunity to hear your own voice, to be heard by others and to have more clarity about the experience of "Living in America". The group will provide a safe space for people to meet and discuss issues concerning the experience of "Living in America". Space is limited so please contact us at [email protected] to reserve a space for you.

  • Group will be held inside the MCRC Office at 225 South Meramec Ave, Suite 203, Clayton, MO 63105 on Sundays from June 14, 2015 to August 2, 2015
          - Group is reserved for those who are foreign born, or second generation immigrants.
          - Group is Intermediate/Advanced English speakers
          - Group meets 7:00-8:30pm on these dates: 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, 7/5, 7/12, 7/19, 7/26, 8/2 (8 meetings in total)
